It did look pretty, but I felt sorry for the daffodils – they looked so bright and optimistic before it fell, and afterwards they were all sad and droopy!

Snow is predicted for our region this Sunday. I’ll bet the same thing will happen to our daffodils. Hate to see that happen.

Lol, that second big freeze was definitely unexpected and the same happened to all the early flowers we had in the back garden here although we only really got frost the second time around and not proper snow. I think they are safe to come out now, but mydaffodils and my irises have already gone 😦
