“If you want your children to be intelligent, read them fairy tales. If you want them to be more intelligent, read them more fairy tales.” – Albert Einstein
He might have been a nutty professor, but he did have some good ideas! Fairy tales grow a good imagination – and nothing is accomplished without being imagined first.

I’ve learned something today – I never knew Einstein was rubbish at sums! That makes two of us.

If parents understood how many books you need to read to their children, they would start sooner, and they wouldn’t fuss about reading another one!

I agree – it’s important to encourage a love of stories in children as soon as possible. The earlier you start reading to them, the more likely they’ll want to read on their own later on.

Absolutely! I’d have thought that would be one of the perks of having kids – a perfect excuse to read kids’ books!

Love it Annabelle! Hubble would throw in a few super-dog stories too! 😉

I can imagine Hubble writing a steamy novel about the dog supermodel world – he’s so good at posing for the camera! Millie would definitely read it, she had a brief flirtation with that glamorous world when she was a calendar girl back in 2010.
