We’re all so tired of winter!

We’ve had enough of winter and these endless gales! We’re tired of having to wear hats when we go out…

…and we’re tired of those naughty air spirits playing with the phone line and cutting off Annabelle’s broadband so we can’t keep in touch with you all!

Hopefully, normal service will be resumed soon.

  1. Millie, in some strange way, you bear a striking similarity to Celine my mini fox terrier; except you’re bigger. I love your hat. I’d love to be in a cold climate rather than the tedious heat we suffer. We can’t wear fashionable things at all!

  2. That’s Pearl in the piccy – I refused to be photographed in a hat! Millie xx

We are too Momwithoutpaws says Mr Winter is jealous of Spring and is throwing a hissy fit

  4. We hope he’s not staging a takeover bid for the whole year – it has happened before in this part of the world!

  5. Carrie Rubin says:

We’ve become so dependent on the Internet that when we lose it, we’re a bit paralyzed. But in some ways it’s freeing too. Hope those wind gales quit knocking yours out soon!

    • Wouldn’t you know, the wind dropped the minute the telephone man got here to test the line – which meant he couldn’t find what was wrong! He said they would come back and try again. He also told us – in a somewhat scary way – to get the trees cut back before they come back.
Sometimes it’s not so good living in the woods. Looks like we’ll only be online as long as the wind doesn’t blow! :/

  6. The Chaos Realm says:

I’ll trade you my locale for yours *laugh* (<–Florida)

  7. Right now we’d be very happy to do that!

  8. GolNaran says:

Great shot and the beautiful hat, of course!
    So sorry for the problems.
    All the best, ❤

Oh my what a great shot , she reminds me so much of my Lady. Greyhound rescued but passed over the bridge now. Gales can indeed knock out my broadband also, so annoying . Hope it ‘s ok today seems a little better. Good Annabelle , I live in Cornwall near Bude.
Have a great Weekend looks here for the weather improve . x

  11. Cornwall is beautiful, but these coastal places do get a battering from the elements – we’re on the coast too, so we know what it’s like. Things are quieter here now – those naughty elementals seem to be having a rest.
So sorry you lost your Lady. We dogs don’t last long enough!

  12. Lesley says:

“Where did you get that hat? Where did you get that tile?
Isn’t it a nobby one, and just the proper style?
I should like to have one Just the same as that!”
Where’er I go, they shout “Hello! Where did you get that hat?”

What a deliciously colourful and cheery hat. I love it!

  13. But Millie-I am sure you would look quite smashing in your hat-pink is defnitely Pearl’s color-hope spring is springing your way soon! Cold weather does get old-

  14. Spring has arrived at last, and we’re making the most of it! 🙂
