I might look like I’m asleep, but if you try and take that bone you’ll never play the piano again.

They’re such special dogs. I spent yesterday at the Greyhound Rescue Wales Sanctuary, surrounded by Greyhounds – heaven!

Yes – you have to be quick to separate a dog from a treasure like that!

Yes, Pearl is full of it! She found the bone in the garden and snuck it in. I don’t like her having bones in case they splinter and hurt her. Fortunately I managed to dispose of it later when she wasn’t looking.

My cousin’s dog is much the same. My cousin has to be sneaky to get stuff away from him, too. 🙂

I’d guard that juicy bit too. Hopefully it’s not a trap used to send a message about your fine musical skills. Fingers crossed … if you still have them.

Fine musical skills? We don’t think so! When Annabelle practises the piano we don’t know whether to bite off her fingers or pull off our own ears! Millie and Pearl xx

I live with my sister.Nick is my dog, and Lucy her’s. Nick, 20 lb., let Lucy, 8 lb. take his bone. I’ve noticed he’s learning to be more aggressive of late. I love your pictures and I can’t read about your dogs.

Thank you so much for visiting and following us. Size doesn’t come into it when a dog decides she’s going to be the boss. That said, Pearl IS bigger than me, and she’s always throwing her weight around – sometimes I just have to put her in her place. You stand up for yourself, Nick! 🙂

Thank you for the warning (because I would like to play the piano again).

Ah yes, there’s nothing quite like Chopin’s catastrophic chords to release tension… though I’m not sure the dogs would agree.

Haha…love it! This reminds me of Monster. I wouldn’t even think about doing to a Rotti

Goodness, no! To a dog, a bone is sacred. 🙂

But “Chopsticks” is my favorite. Or, I suppose I could treat the beauty with pieces of steak, with a pair of chopsticks. 🙂
